one block over blocks

Blocks from my quilting bee last year (one block over).  I told you I'm really into houses right now.  Inspired by this quilt.  I'm still missing a few blocks, but I think I'm going to make it 4 blocks by 5 blocks.  So, I still have some houses to make.  I have debated putting some sashing in.  I LOVE every block, and can't wait to see it come together.

  8. Cute little houses you got there! Sashing might make them pop out even more. I saw this quilt over at Artsy Crafty Babe:

Her choice of putting white sashing made the picture-blocks look like framed art. Check it out!

  14. Love it! You do realize that one of the houses is horizontal rather than vertical right? You may have done it on purpose (which I'm not opposed to at all!)!

  19. I love this quilt. When you have a minute (I know you are a super busy mom like me) can you show how to make the blocks? I know how to do everything but the triangle at the top for the roof. You create beautifully!
