This would be amazing to win! I've been wanting to make a quilt for our family for so long, but being pregnant and having another baby to take care of have put it on the back burner. Something like this would make it so much easier to actually get one started and finished!

I am nursing my first quilt related injury- an aching wrist from turning my wrist instead of my cutting mat while making almost 200 double hourglass blocks (which is over 700 quarter square triangles...what was I thinking!). Now I really see how something like this can come in handy for people with hand/wrist issues. Love the tumbler quilt...it's one of my favorite types of quilts.

I just wanted to thank you for your Summer Blocks pattern. It has inspired me to start my first large-size quilt. I tweaked your idea - mine will be made with lots of fat quarter patterns in four different color families, using 2"x6" strips, and the finished quilt will end up being a queen size, but without your inspiration, I would never have gotten started! Oh, and I sure would love a free fabric cutter (though I have all the pieces cut for my version of Summer Blocks)!

Stacey said...

I would love to win!!! It would make things so much easier for me, from a fellow bee inspired buddy, pick me!!(haha)
