dick and jane

This was one of those quilts that I had very LOW expectations for, but have ended up LOVING it!

I cut the dick and jane blocks out about a year ago, and finally put them to use in a quilt. It's the perfect baby blankie.

    lovely, lovely, love! It's really pretty - I avoided buying this panel because I too thought it would make a tired quilt - but this is gorgeous!

    this is really nice. so funny that i'm finding this today as the quilt that i'm working on right now is with the same blocks and while doing it my expectations were low as well but i'm loving it now that i'm finishing it.

    Many of us of a certain age (early 60's) learned to read with Dick, Jane, and Sally. I remember the scoop of ice cream landing on the sidewalk. Very nostalgic! You made a really cute quilt.
